Welcome, Dr. Hans Stahlschmidt as Dean of Students and Faculty

We are delighted to announce that Dr. Hans Stahlschmidt has been named Dean of Students and Faculty for the PACT Institute, a position that has been newly created to better serve the needs of our students and our growing faculty. 

Hans has been part of the PACT Institute almost since its beginning. He has made meaningful contributions to developing curriculum and trainings; he has taught all levels of PACT training and continues to co-teach PACT Level 2 and Level 3 trainings as well as the Certification program. 

Over the years we have collaborated with Hans, we have seen his deep commitment to his work as a couple therapist, teacher, and mentor to the PACT community. The many positive comments we receive about Hans helping and inspiring students is further attestation to his skill and dedication. 

We are confident that Hans will bring the same dedication and passion to his new role. As Dean, Hans will serve as a liaison between PACT students, faculty, staff, and founders on matters related to curriculum, training programs, and clinical questions. His leadership will ensure that student voices are heard and integrated into the Institute’s plans for growth and development.

Hans has identified two key initiatives he’d like to undertake.

•  Student Engagement: Hans will prioritize listening to student concerns and working collaboratively to address them. This will allow us to foster a more responsive and supportive environment for everyone at the Institute.
•  Building a Vibrant Community: To create a more dynamic professional community, Hans will focus on tapping the talents, thoughts, and contributions of students and faculty alike.

The PACT Institute remains committed to promoting the growth and development of both our students and faculty, and we are excited about creating an Institute where ideas can blossom and the PACT paradigm can expand. 

We believe that this newly established position will play an important role in the advancement of the Institute. We are excited to have Hans take on this new leadership position, and we look forward to working with him to create a supportive, educational experience for our community.
